Defending the Seljuk Empire
In order to adequately defend the words of our prophet(peace be upon him), our culture and the lands under protection of the great Seljuk sultan, we hereby order the construction of fortresses in the following cities: Aleppo, Erzurum, Adana and Baghdad. Five military units are to be posted in Adana and Erzurum and ten posted in Aleppo and Baghdad. Taxes will be raised as well to cover the new developments.

Re: Defending the Seljuk Empire
The Roman Emperor decrees that he is grateful that the turks seem willing to reinforce the battlements of the Roman Cities of Theodosiopólis and Cicilian Antioch, although his troops will find it somewhat difficult to step in on sacred Roman soil without difficulty.

As I read the map, those two cities are within my territories. I'll change Erzurum to Malatya. This was really an issue for PM.

Re: Defending the Seljuk Empire
In response to an uprising in Persia, two units from Malatya and eight from Baghdad are moved into the area and divided among the cities in revolt. Spies and informants are also called upon by the troops to root out the leaders of the disturbance. In addition, the Sultan decrees 100 gold be spent to preserve and develop Persian culture and science in the city of Nishapur.
